Dr. Wilson-Harris hails from the Midwest and calls Southeast Michigan home. She attended Wayne State University in Detroit, MI for her undergraduate studies and received two Bachelor of Science degrees with focuses in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. She then spent two years at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD performing research to help eradicate health disparities in the Women’s Health Field. She then attended the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where she earned her MD with special qualifications in BioMedical Research. Dr. Wison-Harris went on to complete a General Surgery intern year at Cleveland Clinic Florida and then her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency training at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Wilson-Harris’ passion for women’s health is evident in her tireless dedication to her patients. Her interests include Minimally Invasive Surgery, including Robotic surgery, and Obstetrics.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband of 10-yrs and five children (one daughter and two sets of twin boys), cooking, exercising, and growing her playlist of lifestyle/home improvement videos.
