Shardae Williams began her nursing profession five years ago after graduating from Grambling State University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Her experiences include telemetry, medical-surgical, post-anesthesia care (PACU), intensive care (ICU), and hospice. After five rewarding years as a registered nurse, she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science degree at California Baptist University. Shardae is actively involved in helping nursing students embrace compassion and self-care as they progress through nursing school. With a passion for continually serving the community, she became an active member of several professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Tau honors society and Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. Shardae provides exceptional care for women and families in the hospital and clinical settings. She believes in treating her patients wholly with dignity and respect. She affirms that developing strong patient relationships enables her to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. In her free time, she enjoys teaching her youth group at church, spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.
